Properties/West Harbor
Waterfront terrace at West Harbor looking across the main channel to the Port of Los Angeles cranes and the Vincent Thomas Bridge

Overview

Los Angeles returns to the water

42 acres on the Port of Los Angeles waterfront, rebuilt as a dining, entertainment and public district on the former Ports O' Call site in San Pedro.

A mile of walkable waterfront promenade along the main channel, with the working port as the backdrop: container cranes, cruise ships and tall ships in the same view. West Harbor is entitled for 375,000 SF of restaurants, retail and entertainment. The property sits between the water and downtown San Pedro, featuring multi-acre outdoor areas including Central Park, pickleball and padel courts, outdoor membership dog park, and amphitheater.

Anchored by the San Pedro Fish Market, Yamashiro, Hopscotch, and Mike Hess Brewing's Los Angeles debut. A 6,200-seat outdoor amphitheater with Nederlander Concerts and a 175-foot observation wheel will make West Harbor a destination.

West Harbor's first wave of tenants opened Summer 2026 and will continue through 2027, ahead of the 2028 Olympic sailing events hosted in the harbor. The site has already drawn its first crowds: it served as the official Los Angeles Fan Zone for the 2026 World Cup semi-finals and final.
